Livestreaming of conferences and hybrid meetings in Stockholm

A good livestream feels simple to the viewer. The picture cuts to whoever is speaking, the slides appear when they should and the sound is as clear at home as in the room. Behind that are cameras, a director cutting live and a technician keeping an eye on the stream the whole time.

    Livestream or hybrid meeting?

They are two different jobs, and it helps to decide early which one you need.
Livestream: viewers follow the broadcast but don't take part. Cameras, live direction and a stable outgoing stream are enough.
Hybrid meeting: remote participants also need to speak, be seen in the room and ask questions. That calls for two-way audio without echo, screens so the room can see the remote participants, and a technician who handles the connection to Teams or Zoom.

    What's often included

    – one or more cameras, often remote-controlled so they don't block the audience
    – live direction switching between cameras, slides and graphics
    – name captions and graphics with your logo
    – streaming to Teams, Zoom, YouTube or your own platform
    – a recording of the whole broadcast, so you get the file afterwards
    – a technician from the test broadcast to the last minute

    What it can look like

Webinar or internal briefing, one hour: one or two cameras, slides and streaming to Teams. Can also be done in our studio.
Conference with an audience in the room and remote viewers: three cameras, live direction, graphics and a separate audio mix for the stream.
AGM with remote participants: a broadcast of the meeting, a way for shareholders to ask questions and a recording for the archive.

    Studio

If you don't need an audience on site, the broadcast can be done in our studio on Stora Essingen. Cameras, lighting and direction are adapted to your requirements. Read more about Studio Essingen.

    Before the broadcast

We run a test broadcast with you before the start, so links, sound and slides are tested. During the broadcast a technician follows both the sound and the picture going out, not just what happens in the room.

    Price

The price depends on the number of cameras, how long the broadcast runs and whether it is a livestream or a hybrid meeting. Hybrid needs more equipment and usually one more technician.

Combine it with sound and an LED wall, and you have one contact for everything. Call +46 8-650 57 60 or book a walkthrough.

    Frequently asked questions

Should we choose a livestream or a hybrid meeting?
Hybrid if remote participants need to speak and be seen. Livestream if they only watch.
Do we get the recording afterwards?
Yes. The whole broadcast is recorded on request. Editing can be ordered.
Can you bring in a speaker from Teams?
Yes. The speaker appears on screen in the room and is heard through the speakers, without echo.
Which platforms do you stream to?
Teams, Zoom, YouTube or your own platform. If you use an event platform, you give us a stream address.
How many cameras do we need?
One is enough for a simple webinar. For a conference with a stage we usually use two or three: a wide shot, a close-up of the speaker and one on the panel or the audience.
Is the venue's internet good enough?
We check the connection in advance. If it isn't good enough, we tell you and suggest a solution before the day of the broadcast.
