Fixed installations

Most of us have sat in a meeting room where the technology eats the first ten minutes of the meeting. The wrong cable, no picture, the remote participants can't hear. A good room just works for whoever walks in and wants to start a meeting.

We are in Stockholm's conference venues every day for events. That is how we know what holds up in everyday use and what only looks good in a quote.

What we install

– screens, LED walls or projectors sized to the room
– Sennheiser microphones and speakers, so everyone can be heard
– cameras for video meetings in Teams, Zoom and similar
– connections for your own laptop, wired or wireless
– Crestron control, so the room starts from a single panel
– sound systems in larger halls, for example for lectures

What it can look like

Meeting room for 6–8 people: a screen, a camera with built-in microphone and speaker, and a simple connection for your own laptop. The meeting starts at the press of a button.
Conference room for 15–30 people: one or two larger screens, ceiling or table microphones, separate speakers and a control panel for sound, picture and video meetings.
Conference hall or auditorium: projector or LED, a sound system with wireless microphones, cameras for streaming and control from a panel at the podium.

How it works

We start by looking at the room and going through how it is used. Then you get a proposal with equipment and price. We plan the installation so it disrupts your work as little as possible. When the room is ready we go through it with the people who will use it, and we are still there for questions and service afterwards.

Conference venues and hotels

Venues that rent rooms to others have their own requirements. The technology has to work for guests who have never been there before, and staff need to be able to help without being technicians. For larger events we can also supply technicians.
