Rent a sound system for conferences and events in Stockholm

Sound is the last thing the audience thinks about, until it doesn't work. A microphone that feeds back, a speaker who can't be heard in the back row, a Q&A where nobody can reach a microphone. That is what we are here to prevent.

    What's included

A typical conference with a technician often includes:
    – wireless microphones: handheld, headset or lavalier
    – loudspeakers suited to the size and shape of the room
    – a mixing desk and a technician who runs the sound from the first speaker to the last
    – sound from computers, video and any remote speakers
    – transport, rigging and de-rigging

You can also rent equipment without a technician, for example a couple of microphones and speakers for a smaller meeting.

    What it can look like

Management meeting, 15–30 people: two wireless microphones and a pair of small speakers. The venue's own system is often enough, if it can be used.
Conference in a larger hall, 150 people: headsets for the moderator and speakers, two handheld microphones for audience questions, speakers on stands and a technician at the mixing desk.
AGM: microphones at the podium and the chair's table, microphones carried out to shareholders who want to speak, and a recording of the whole meeting.
Kickoff with a band or DJ: a larger L-Acoustics PA for the best possible sound, stage monitors and a technician for the music.

    Wireless microphones from Sennheiser

We are a Sennheiser dealer and have several systems in our rental stock. Most of them are the newest systems, Spectera and EW-DX. We also have Digital 6000 and the slightly older ew 500.

Encrypted sound that nobody can eavesdrop on

An older wireless system transmits sound much like an ordinary radio: anyone with a receiver tuned to the right frequency can listen. Spectera and EW-DX are digital and encrypt the audio with AES-256 before it is transmitted. It is the same type of encryption used to protect sensitive data in banks, for example. Anyone who picks up the signal outside the room hears only noise.

That matters when what is said must not get out: AGMs, board meetings, negotiations and presentations of figures that are not yet public.

    Speakers chosen for the room

A long hall with a low ceiling needs something different from a tall banqueting hall with stone walls. We choose speakers and their placement for the room, so the sound is even in every seat and not just loud at the front. L-Acoustics PA is often the standard, but in smaller rooms we often use RCF.

From ten people to several thousand guests

We run sound for everything from a meeting of ten people to events with several thousand guests. We also run live bands, with microphones for instruments and vocals, stage monitors and a dedicated technician for the music.

    The venue's own sound system

Many conference venues have a built-in system. If it can be used, we connect to it and bring what is missing, such as more wireless microphones or a technician.

Does the sound also need to go out in a broadcast? Read about livestreaming and hybrid meetings. Call +46 8-650 57 60 or send a request, and you will get a proposal within 24 hours.

    Frequently asked questions

Can we rent sound equipment without a technician?
Yes. We go through how everything connects before delivery. For AGMs and larger conferences we recommend a technician on site.
Should we choose a headset or a handheld microphone?
A headset for speakers who move around, and a handheld for audience questions. It often ends up being a mix.
Which Sennheiser systems do you have?
Spectera, EW-DX, Digital 6000 and ew 500 (G3). Handheld and headset. Wired microphones and microphones for bands too.
Can you connect to the venue's sound system?
Yes, when it is good enough. We check the venue's system in advance and tell you if anything needs to be added.
Can anyone outside the room eavesdrop on the wireless microphones?
Not with Spectera and EW-DX. The audio is encrypted with AES-256, so anyone who picks up the signal hears only noise.
How large events can you handle?
From small meetings to events with several thousand guests, live bands included.
