This website stores no personal data

This website has no visitor accounts, no tracking and no forms that we receive or store. When you send a quote or contact request, your own email program opens and you send the message yourself as an ordinary email to us. The website therefore does not collect or store any personal data about you.

What is kept locally in your browser (language preference and the quote cart) never leaves your device.

Email you send to us

Email you send to us is handled as ordinary business correspondence and is only used to answer and handle your inquiry. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

What leaves your browser

This website has no server of its own that receives your forms. These are the only times data is sent from your browser:

• Quote and contact requests: sent via your own email client (mailto). The content therefore travels through your email provider to us – it is not stored on any web server.
• Typing tips in the quote form: suggestions are matched locally in your browser against a fixed list – what you type in the message field is never sent anywhere.
• Address suggestions: what you type in the address field is sent to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim).
• Map on the contact page: your IP address is visible to CARTO and OpenStreetMap when the map tiles load. The 'Navigate here' link only opens Google Maps once you click it.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at info@konferensteknik.se. If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you may file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
