The best equipment doesn't help if nobody can run it when it counts. With a technician on site you can focus on the programme, while someone else makes sure the microphone is on when the speaker starts and the right picture is on the screen.

What a technician does for you

– goes through the programme with you in advance, so every change-over is planned
– rigs and tests sound, picture and lighting before the guests arrive
– does a sound check with the speakers and checks the presentations
– runs sound, picture and any broadcast throughout the programme
– solves whatever comes up, like a laptop that won't show a picture
– de-rigs and leaves the venue as it was

One or several roles

For smaller meetings one technician who handles everything is often enough. For larger events we split the roles: one technician on sound, one on picture and broadcast, one on lighting.

For the venue's own equipment

Does the venue have good equipment but nobody to run it? In some cases you can hire just a technician to look after the existing system. We need to know in advance what the venue has.

If you want to run it yourselves, you can also rent equipment without a technician. We go through how everything connects before delivery.
