We're heading to Almedalen Week 2027 in Visby, 28 June – 2 July! Planning a seminar, a reception, a conference or your own stage on Gotland? We'll bring the technicians and equipment and help you make it a success. You can hire anything from a couple of wireless microphones to a complete stage with an LED wall, or just a technician.
AV hire for your seminar in Almedalen
Many venues and tents in Visby have no AV equipment of their own during Almedalen Week, so it has to be hired in. We handle sound, lighting and video. That can mean microphones for the panel, speakers that carry in a packed tent, screens for presentations and stage lighting so the speakers can be seen. If you want to reach more people than the room can hold, we can also livestream and record the seminar.
A stage that lifts the conversation
Almedalen is all about conversation and debate, and the stage is where it happens. Thousands of people pass by every day, many of them hurrying to the next seminar. That's why the stage has to stand out and make people stop. We build stages in tents, courtyards and gardens, with sound and lighting that make sure every voice is heard and every speaker is seen, even when the audience asks questions. With beMatrix we create printed stage backdrops and walls in your brand.
LED wall on stage
An LED wall behind the speakers lifts the whole stage. It can show your logo, presentations, quotes or live video of the panel. An ordinary screen is barely visible outdoors in July, but an LED wall is bright enough for outdoor stages and open tents, and it catches the eye of people walking by. We size it to fit your stage.
